I can't believe that we didn't get a response from you guys yet, after you promised my mother a refund or replacement.

I purchased the washing machine for my frail mother in Richards bay, and it was delivered from Game Kenilworth as my mother is from Cape Town. My husband phoned numerous time, no-one is responding, what is actually happening, I can't believe that you are treating my mother like this, you are supposed to have fetched the broken washing machine.

A friend of our even went to your store in Kenilworth, several times to report the problem that we have with the washing machine , after weeks of begging your technician finally came out , he didn't test anything , left and then the machine made a loud noise, he didn't say anything, he came again and apparently it was the pump once again , he left and the problem was still not fixed, the problem we initally called him out for! We eventually had to come all the way from Richards bay to your store , We spoke to Kashiefa fields who said she will call Defy to find out if theu could replace the machine. We told her that we need to fly back home and didn't have much time, We eventually flew back home with no respons from her, later she called back to advise that we could get a new machine, We then opted for a top laoder instead of a twin tub, we will then pay in the R1000 differance , my mother then opted to take a smaller top loader fpor the same price, Now we are trying till today to get hold of Kashiefa fields with no avail. MY MOTHER WASHING MACHINE IS STILL BROKEN AND NO1 IS WILLING TO ASSIST, CALL US IMMEDIATELY, WE WILL NOT TAKE THIS TYPE OF SERVICE, WE HAD TO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO COME ON THIS PLATFORM.Kashiefa needs to my husbands number is ********** ,
