"You do not qualify for the free gift on your contract "

<p>I went to Game to sign up for a cell phone contract.</p> <p>The contract included a free Wi-Fi router and 250 mega bytes of internet per month for 24 months.</p> <p>I qualified for the R149 pm contract but here is the catch Rosemary (saleslady) said I do not qualify for the free gift </p> <p>When I questioned her as to why I don’t qualify for my free gift but I qualify for the contract, she could not explain. She said she did not understand the rules herself. </p> <p>Game please explain why you advertise a free gift to customers but then you take the free gift away with weak excuses.</p>
