You cant buy cellphones from game

Good day

As I write this I just exited game store in mams mall, mamelodi with a very angry face due to bad service

I bought Samsung j4 core on the 24th of January 2020, which today the date is the 2nd of feb 2020, now when we bought this phone the lady helping us did say nothing about 7 day return period. Ten days later I want to return the phone due to its own technical faults they tell me that I cannot return it due to the seven day period.

The lady who was helping me (different lady) said that we even if she returned the phone they will anyway bring it back and not fix it.

As she was talking, she was resetting my phone, without my acknowledgement and as I called the manager she tells the manager that I wanted a new phone anyway so either way it was gonna be whipped, she unfortunately deleted all my data that I have no way to access again..
