YOU CAN NO LONGER WIN AT GAME-MONEY IS PRIORITY TO HELL WITH SERVICE!

Over a year ago I bought a Trojan stepper from Game Umgeni. Within a month whilst using the machine a nut and bolt sprung out. I was horrified. I took the machine back to the store and i was refused a credit. The Manager insisted that it will be sent in for repair. I told him that I would not pay for the repair of an item with a factory fault. I did not want a stepper again as this experience was not a good one. The Manager told me that it is protocol to send it to the factory before he instructed a credit to my account. A few weeks later I received a call from the store asking me to collect my repaired item. Again, I explained to them that I will not pay for this item as it had a fault and I will not use it again. I was passed on to Noel. After explaining the whole story to Noel, he reassured me that he was going to have the accounts department credit my account. He promised to call me back which he never did. Every time I called him he told me that he left it with the accounts department. He kept promising to call me back with an update. I called him on numerous occasions to tell him that i had been receiving calls and that I was going to be blacklisted. His response is that admin needs to sort it out. Eventually I asked to speak to the store Manager. It was a new Manager and after a long call he was going to look into it. I went to the store in December and both Noel and the New Manager were no available. In the meantime, as a long standing Customer of Game Stores I have been blacklisted and I not have a bad credit rating. I am being blacklisted for merchandise that I don't have!!!This is unacceptable! Shocking communication! False promised. Poor admin! No Value for Customer Service. No system for complaints handling!
