<p>Saturday 4 march we went game liquor in waterfall mall to buy castle lite 500mls 12 pack. Advertised Price was R109.99 but when we got to the till after waiting forever it scanned R122.99 we bought 2 12 packs immediately we showed the cashier she told us the transaction is complete if we want refund we must walk out of the shop go like 6 shops away to game store return the beer and then come again to game liquor to buy with a correct price because they don't have customers service in the liquor store .an her que is too long. We patiently went to game store customer service but the que there was too long with only one cashier. We left but I was not happy at all we r very loyal customers but we r treated like just a number.</p>
