You are *****, *******s and damn right selfish.

I settled game about 4 or 5 years ago and asked them to close my account. Two years later im told i owe game. I was soo furious and went to the store i was told it was never closed and we called the call centre from the branch in Mthatha Plaza. I was given again a settlement amount and i paid. I asked them to close the account again they told me to come the next day as the payment does not reflect yet. I went the next day filled a form and i was told it will be closed. A year later im told i owe game and i told them I closed the account there is no way. They said yes way I must pay them. Mind you i have not used the card for the past 4 years and i destroyed it. Now there is a vvm debt collector harassing me. When does this end. You most definitely ripping me off. I should be the one after you guys and not the other way around. I feel soo violated by game and they are asking for proff that the account was closed you have the papers and I'm sure your call centre notes do tell unless there is something wrong that you guys are doing. I am not giving you not a ****ing dime of mine again. You sort your mess out cause your incompetence is affecting me now.
