It's been more than a month since I have been in contact with the person who has been in contact with me about my extended garentee on my washing machine so they send someone out to come an have a look an than they didn't fix anything so they said that 1 of the consultant will call me back so that didn happen I have to call back which cost me a lot of many so they said that I have to email them proof of payment which I did in less than 20min and than they said that I will get a voucher between 1 and 2 days for the latest and today is the 10th day
