Good evening
Your mager inded called to tell me that:

1. Both cashier and supervisor they confirmed to him that i left the shop happy, so he doesnt understand the reason for my coplain

• After i was insulted in fron of people obvioisly i have tried very hard not show people my anger
• Remember this is after i was told that no one knows the cashier who was helping me , now that i gave them the name from the till slip he doesnt see the reason for my complain

2.THe manager told me to come to the shop so we can resolve the issue

• Personaly i dont think is safe to go there because from my point of view it is clear that both manager are afraid of either the cashier or the so called supervisor, i believe that i will putting my life at risk

3. The manager also told me that as both cashier and suoervisor confirmed to him i left the shop happy so i dont have witness, is my word agains them, i am alone and is two of them, this is the other reason for me not to go to the shop cos this people they dont care aboit customer service the are there to protect each other not to protect customers.
After the supervisor told me to apologies to the cashier still the manager believes that i left the shop happy.
After i was thrown with a game card and air time still the manager believed i left the sho empty
After i was insulted in front of people in the shop still Game believe that i have no reason to complain
After and i m still following up , no one cares about customer service.
Game soshanguve is the nearest shop, i am supposed to be paying my account but i dont see myself entering that shop because i am a joke in that job
I am writting this email to u hoping u will find a way to resolve this.
