Xboxone

I bought a Xboxone s special with 2 controllers and I was told that they dont have stock for the the other controller. I was told to come on the 06/07 to collect the 2 nd controller, guess what? I was told they DONT have stock and that they have no Idea when they will get stock. I asked, how will I know when you have stock, the guy rep**** i dont know.

So here is my question, how will know when you have stock. Why not give me cash money so that I can buy the controller else where.
