Xbox One Black Friday

I visited Game Wonderpark to purchase the Xbox One s 500Gig that came with 2 controllers for R3399 on black friday special. Myself and other customers were told that they were out of stock of extra controllers. The Lady by the name of Caroline signed our slips as proof of lack of extra controller and she told us to come back at a later stage to collect the missing controller. I also left my contact details at the store. To this day I haven't received the controller and haven't heard back from Game.
