www.game.co.za : WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE!

Worst experience ever with www.game.co.za, pre ordered my ps5 device In Sep first batch of pre orders. I have spent 2-3 days trying to get hold of them, multiple calls and being put in circles with lies and misinformation. I was told yesterday that my order would be prioritized and they were so sorry, but today I was told that the information provided was inaccurate. The order note has only be sent to the courier today, two days later. The CEO goes to the news and gloats about 82% deliveries performed, oh and then its also to be noted that CPT customers received their orders, I'm in CPT and I did not receive my order (so clearly I was not on their radar, probably only delivered to certain addresses).

Please know that you should never use the www.game.co.za online function or preorder its a waste of time and you will just be run around in circles.

I was warned not to use www.game.co.za's and rather use takealot or btgames, but they were the first update I received and decided to use, but I now know that going forward I will not use their services any longer for anything.
