Wrongfully blacklisted by Game store

They have blacklisted my husband saying that he owns the Game store card and he took stuff for about R43 000 and they say that he did all this purchases in Durban, we are currently situated in Belfast in Mpumalanga, we have never been to Durban, we dont even buy stuff on credit, can you kindly please assist us regarding this matter
