Wrongful charge of fees

Utterly disappointed with the Game Stores accounts department! I was on the phone for 35 minutes and the consultant still could not resolve my query. They punish the customer for making payments via eft. Payments are made on the 24th of every month but I was charged a collection letter fee as well as a collection sms fee, ridiculous!
