Wrong product sent from online order
I ordered plastic tiles online black and white. The delivery was really quick but they sent me the incorrect colours without letting me know nor asking if they may sent it. Also the product was sent short without no explanation.

Today 10 December 2022 still no response received from the company as to where the remaining products in my order that was placed on the 25 November 22 is. I have sent several emails to the company but no response whatsoever received. This poor customer service is unacceptable.
