Wrong pricing
My mother went to shop for a washing machine and she found a Samsung 7kg Front loader marked R3799 from R5999.upon requesting assistance from the sales man at Tzaneen game stores Mr jimmy modiba he told her the price was wrongly displayed,as far as I am concerned the consumer act protects us from being ********** hence forth guiding us to pay for what we see..The store manager Mr piet merkins was called to resolve the issue but he just came and said sorry but he won't give my mom the machine with the price she saw...we have a picture as evidence that the R3799 price was displayed on the washing machine..The store manager was rude and arrogant he even refused to introduce himself.
