Wrong price on the shelf

On the 24 of september 2017 we went to game somerset mall in western cape to buy a car chair for a baby which was 699 on the shelf and when we went to pay than we are given a different price we asked to speak to the manager she refused to come and attend us her name is Nazeera she didnt even want to attend the case she stood far and said we will pay the price the store is selling the chaire for which is 1199 she didnt ask us what happened or whats the problem she was rude and didnt even wana negotiate a solution. I am totally disapointed by the behavior of this manager she was unapologetic.Game must sortout their pricing according to my right as a customer i must pay a price that i see on a shelf
