Wrong iterm send online phone that is network locked
Good afternoon can i get help yesterday i went strait to game online store to purchase a phone online and came today i made sure i didn't buy a network lock phone with vodacom i have issues with vodacom thats y I brought a phone thats not locked today when i opened the phone locked lucky i didnt set the phone i calles customer care they will escate it on the the online page is not visible that is locked thats y I purchased i dont need this network locked phone please do something purchase date 20 October 2025

Since last week?
Kindly note an item can be returned within 7 days,must not be used and be on its original packaging.
I cant travel to the store hence i brought onlineI cant travel to the store hence i brought online
I did not ask to return it in store I was providing the terms and condition of returning an item.Please provide images of the package?
