Wrong Item Delivered and Still Waiting!!

Dear Kirk and Game Online, After numerous calls to the Game Online Call Centre and Hellopeter. After almost 3weeks with no success of getting an TRUE answer of when my Smart TV will be delivered? The service that I've received from Game Online was the worst ever that I've ever experience!! I would like an answer within the next 24 hours with regards to when I will be receiving my Smart TV!! No lies or FALSE promises!! Failing that, I will most definitely escalate this complaint in terms of The National Consumer Protection Act with the Department of Trade & Industry.
