Wrong Item Delivered and Still Waiting

Dear Game Online, I'm very disappointed in your service with regards my complaint ref. #516. Wrong Item was delivered on 31 November 2018 - almost two weeks later - NO SMART TV!! Courier company collected the Wrong TV last week and no calls from Kirk from Head Office KZN or Rudy Bailey (Game Online)!!! I would never use your online services again!! You are ***** who don't even have the decenty to call me!!!
