wrong info

we went to game wonderpark and was assisted by a guy named Jacob on Friday afternoon as it is my sons bday he wanted a laptop Jacob adviced us if i want to make payment via eft we can come back to fetch the laptop saturday between 10 and 11 then he'll phone headoffice and clear the funds so when i went back on saturday i was informed that now suddenly it can only be dispatched on monday even while u kept my part of the deal and made payment friday allready and it cant be due to reflection into account cause i use absa just like game it is unexeptable that my son now have to have a dull bday because we were given incorrect info by game staff thanks for spoiling everything game (and i dont live around the corner what about my expenses to go there for nothing!!!!)
