Wrong Hisense fridge

Bought a Hisense fridge with water dispenser from them on Friday, they gave me a Hisense fridge without water dispenser, when I contacted them for their mistake, they told me they are the same price, told them but it's not what I wanted. After lengthy discussion with the person who sold me the fridge and the manager, they asked me to meet them halfway which I did not agree, they promised to send the fridge, to my disappointment it's 4 days since the promise, no fridge no explanation no one tells me about my fridge my groceries and meat are decomposing.
