would not refund

About 3 weeks ago I returned a DSTV decoder to GAME CITY for a refund, this was 3 weeks after purchasing it from there. I told the salesman that there is nothing wrong with the decoder as i had it tested twice at Multichoice,(Workshop branch). I explained that the problem is with installation and that twice i had the installer come back to sort out the no signal and that i still had the same problem and therefore i no longer wanted the product as i paid for something that is useless! He told me that he couldnt refund because the packaging is incomplete.( this took place in the presence of 3 other GAME STORES staff) I said he can well see that the package is complete just as i purchased it. He said no i must return the dish and bracket along with the decoder!!! I told him i did not get the dish from Game, the installer provides & fits it !!!!! After no joy from the salesman i told him that i can see that i am wasting my breath and time and told him he can have the decoder !! I left the decoder in its packaging and purchase receipt with him and left the store. I have not heard anything on this matter since then! NOTHING!! Where could this decoder be now..hhhmmmm
