Would 100% not recommend shopping online with Game

I ordered a TV online on the 15th of December. I then received an email asking me to send ID copy, I did and a day later I received another email saying I need to send the ID copy in a different format because they are unable to open the one I sent. First of all, who in 2022 cannot open PDF documents? Secondly, it will save us all time if you mention in the first email that you want image formats only. The TV will only be released for delivery once they have verified the TV license. Which means I lost a day or two because you couldn't communicate efficiently. I don't get how a huge store like Game can be so ***********. I would not recommend anyone shopping online with them.
