Wost service ever....

I bought a washing machine online took 2 weeks to deliver. They delivered it the morning and i went back to work when i got home the evening i opened the box that looked to be fine but the washing machine was dented on 4 places phoned in the next morning and they ask me to send some pics. So i send the pics now 2 weeks later after a lot of mails from my side the matter is still not resolved you can phone them and all they can say is the matter has been escalated they are waiting for a response from head office. This is the worst service i have ever seen.
