Worst Traumatizing Experience from Game Gateway Sales etManager

I was shocked at the behavior from the Sales Manager and staff at Game Gateway Durban when I requested a price beat. It's the worst horrific experience which put my family in shock especially from a reputable company. I wouldn't want any customer to be treated this way in the future.

14 July 2023 I walked into Game Gateway around 17:00 whilst shopping I requested a price beat and a staff member took me to the Sales Manager for authorization which he refused with a pathetic manner of approach and hell broke loose when I requested to take a picture of his name, I had the back door slammed on me multiple times together with his staff assisting him. I had to go online in presence of other staff and show them I made a purchase immediately from an online company which I requested a price beat on. As a loyal customer for many years, I humbly request this Sales manager should be dealt with accordingly to avoid such behavior in the future. My 10 year old daughter was traumatized at the behavior of the Manager.
