Worst Teller Service

Game at Ilanga mall has the worst customer service and teller service. The teller that was scanning my items decide to start a long conversation with her supervisor while the teller was not done assisting me. A conversation that was not even work related.The conversation took so long that I stood there without getting my receipt after the transaction. Didn't even stamp it but I had to take it myself from the printer. What nonsense is this? If people don't want to work, they must go sit at home. Heard so many complaints about this Game and the staff is not changing their behaviour.
