Worst store manager Sibusiso Makhathini at Game Umhlanga Gateway

Yesterday I attempted buying 2 built in wardrobes that are on sale R2 499 for 1800mm online however the cart was not there. This morning I called the online customer service and I was assisted by aa humble lady Sanelisike (if I heard it correctly). She advised that I could not buy online because there is no stock online however she checked my nearest store which is Umhlanga Gateway Game Store and she confirmed they have 16 wardrobes on stock. I went to the store and I was told they are out of stock. I requested to speak to the branch manager I was referred to Mr Sibusiso Makhathini. I explained the reason why I wanted to speak to him because I find it unfair that I drove all the way from KwaMashu to be told its not on stock. He put the blame on the call center saying they should have called the store to double check because their systems are not updated. I told him that I did not know about that because it's internal communication and they need to work on improving that because I wasted my petrol going there, I should have bought the wardrobes somewhere else. He said when I'm talking to him I shouldn't point fingers at him, I told him that as much as he doesn't take the ownership of the complaint I am more frustrated and I am of course using the body language for my expression. All he did was just to leave me standing. Game Store you are a shame! My R5000 that I was willing to spend would have paid someone's salary. People gets retrenched and people who are employed thinks they are better and doesn't care about the image of the brand!
