Worst store Game Brooklyn Mall

The worst place to buy anything is Game Brooklyn mall. We bought a bicycle on Thursday and only assembled it Sunday just to find out the pedals are stripped. Went to the Game to tell them they need to refund or give us another bicycle, it new its not 2weeks old its 3days???They said we needed to take the bicycle to a pro bicycle shop to assemble it and not do it ourselves. First of all the staff member never told us that and was so happy to sell a bike, he fetched it and we went to pay for it. So Game is saying we need to take it to be assembled but they dont teach the stuff to educate the customers. Do they tell you how all the products in the stores works before leaving the store? Then the guy gave me a false name and not his real name, so if i complained no one would find him. He tryed with a spanner to put the pedals on and broke the peace of the spanner and fetched a new one so he is a pro assembler for a bike shop??? And said it will work, how??? must my son test it in the Game store, no he said we will see it will work so, WHAT if its stripped more because he already broke a spanner on it!!! what then still no refund?? He packed the stuff back in the box and trolley. When we got home he left one of the wheels out the box, we need to drive all the way back to the store to fetch it. WHY IS THERE NO MANAGERS ON A SUNDAY IN A STORE TO RESOLVE PROBLEMS, BUT HAVE SOMEONE TRYING TO FIX A PROBLEM WITH A SPANNER AND HE IS NOT WORKING FOR A PRO BICYCLE SHOP.
