worst store ever

i went to Game at Galleria to purchase a washing machine, stove and fridge and the sales consultant advised that they will match or beat any other stores price. when i showed her the fridge at another store she advised that its not the same fridge. today when the fridge was delivered i used the model number ans searched for the item online and guess what it was the exact same fridge selling at a cheaper price at builders (Defy DAC627 Combi Fridge Freezer - Metallic (323L R4998.00) i spoke to the store manager Sam and he was very rude and unprofessional
