Worst store ever

Game in promenade provides the worst customer service ever. I think its putrate that I need to drive out of Mitchell's plain to go to another store to get satisfactory. I returned a faulty TV today and knowing the store it takes years to get the item fixed I then requested a loan TV as I didn't want to sit without a TV while mine was in for repairs I was **** to by a manager called Aneesa who told me 2months ago they Dont do loan TV's but today I told her I went to game in canal walk and they offered me 1 so after telling her that she told me they only do it as a courtesy and that the store only have 1 loan TV and that it's not available which I think is ridiculous. You would expect such service from people working on the floor but for a manager to stand and lie to customers faces is really bad. Why is it that such poor service is offered in mithchells plain and not at other stores?
