Worst shopping experience ever Game Boksburg

Worst shopping experience ever, have no sales ppl on the floor when u need assistance, when you go to the till points not even the front line manager knows what's going on they know exactly how to waist your time. Was at the tills over and hour so they can figure out how things works., and then when you have a problem with there product you bought, after service is none existing, you will call and call un till u turn blue in the face. When u get to the store than they will waist more of your time. Just tell u they will sent out a technician will come and assess your 6day old washing MACHINE. 30/08/22 IM STILL SITTING WITH A WASHING MACHINE THAT NOT WORKING...... Still no word from Game Boksburg or the web support regarding my hisense top loader washing machine that's not worked properly since we bought it
