Worst service received :-(

Failure to deliver my washing machine on time after a number of issue in store and out of the store!<br> Due to incompetence of staff/processes at Game the following was how my family and I were impacted:<br> 1.Wasted my time (time cannot be replaced)<br> 2.Wasted my grandparents time as they were late for their afternoon Friday prayer<br> 3.due to negligence wrong good provided to me at the store<br> 5.a waste of my petrol as well as bakkie diesel driving up and down to sort out payments etc... due to internal wrong doings<br> 6.Embarrassment in front of my family as the Machine was a gift and when it was opened it was not the correct item <br> 7.Even after the stress i put of the urgency of the good i purchase but still do not have, i do not have the item!<br> 8.Stress, not good for my health as i was booked off for 2 weeks due to this and the Machine issue did not help.<br> 9.due to lies told to us by the staff at Game The Glen, it was a waste of my entire Saturday waiting for delivery and nothing arrived (my aunty passed away and i could not go comfort the family as i was waiting for a \washing Machine")"
