Worst service I've ever imagined.

I went to Game Westgate only to be disappointed by the service. I was referred to a manager named Justice for a price beat. A service I once used with so much fulfillment using Takealot as my beat store...

Today I was told that I must go to toysrus as I saw the item there. I asked the lady that was assisting me and the manager named Justice if this is the service they giving me and they proudly said price beat does not work on something that's displayed on a website.

My question to Game is how do you price beat? Do I need to print it out on black and white in this digital world? Why advertise a product you cannot fulfill?
