WORST SERVICE - GAME SOMERSET WEST STORE

Puchased a R1599.00 Bennett Read FORCE 10 vacuum cleaner from Game in April 2018 for our holiday flat. The vacuum was utilised 7 times by August ,then it broke - took it back and I was informed it needs to go to TEVO for repairs. A week later I was informed I can collect my vacuum cleaner. Used it then exactly 3 times since and then it broke again. I took it back to them on the 27th of September. I informed them I want brand new one or my money back. I was promised a call on Monday, 1 October - NO CALL. I made contact today 4 October and I was informed that they do not have feedback for me. I insisted that I now want my money back and that is the only thing that will satisfy me. I bought a product from GAME, not from TEVO, they keep on moving the blame to TEVO. I do not care - I am horribly disappointed in this big chain store - The day of my vacuum purchase I spend R12 177.97 in the store and this is how they treat their customers. SHOCKING AND JUST FRANKLY DISGRACEFULL.
