Worst service game manager
Very bad service from employees and manager Pieter that can't do their job. My mom was at Game Kathu for 7 hrs and the employees just can't do their job. Now they have to drive 100km to go back tomorrow. This is unacceptable

02 Jul 2024, 16:30So it's now been 48 hrs nobody has done anything. Megan from call centre never calls back, Pieter from store is arrogant and we signed the contracts already. Is there anybody that can do their job
