Worst service frome Game ever!!!!

Im so ****ed of with games online service,i ordered a dash cam of the website(witch had available units) the cancelled my order with no explenation,when i called in i was told there was no stock and that i would be refunded within 3 to 5 business days,thats today,i called the number on the back of my game store card only to find out that game has not even sent through the refund request,so no dash cam (witch is a present for my dad by the way),no refund,no answers,i will never ever use them again.
