Worst service from the store as a whole

I phoned the store on the 24 March 2020 after 10:00 am...I spoke to a guy named Donovan about keeping a bag of dogfood aside for me. He confidently told me he will keep it at the front. I get to the store later the day to collect as I am coming from Atlantis with my baby and want to be at the store when there is a few customers due to the epidemic. I get to the store no dogfood I look around for him, and find Donovan he starts to look for the Dogfood, tells me he will go get the bag in the stockroom, I tell him I will wait by the till points. I am queueing and no Donovan shows...eventually the store closes I stand and wait another 20 min...No Donovan with the Dogfood. Mr Kevin then paged him, he doesnt come and Im waiting like a fool. I eventually tell Mr Kevin I will phone the next day and leave's the store. I phone the next day...They didnt keep the dogfood and when I ask to speak to the Store Manager my call gets cut. Ehy have me waiste my time and petrol to get to the store knowing u wont keep an item and on top of it... Let me wait a whole 30 min after closing time. Donovan went home and just left me there.

I am totally disgusted they dont care nothing for their customers will never shop there again, will rather go to canal walk where we are appreciated as customers.
