Worst service from Octavia

I visited Game store in Southgate mall today to get the Huggies bale pack. I get to the till and I am assisted by Octavia. She says to me the pack I have doesn't have a barcode, I need to go back to the Asle and get a pack that has a barcode. What nonsense is that? Why does the store pack up items with no barcodes? I told her straight up that there's absolutely no ways I'm going back to the shelves to get another item, she needs to make a plan... The lady straight up said "How do you treat your mother like that". Please teach your staff the difference between their children at home and clients. Now, I have to come up with a solution that she asks someone else in the store to bring her an item with a barcode so she can have it scanned. Octavia literally said "then you'll wait". I've never had such bad client service, being at a job for years makes people comfortable to a point that they end up forgetting they at work and not at their own homes.
