Worst service from Game Store

On Sunday 7th June i purchased a smart tv box o. Game store online shop. I entered my card details and money was taken. And received an order number. A few days later i called the game call center to enquire why my order was still on a "created" status and a consultant by the name of Thando said she is not sure whats happening the website is down and she will enquire and get back to me on the same day. The next day i had to call again bcos lo and behold Thando did not get back to me and Tshisa Ratombo who trying her best to transfer me to Thando or her supervisor Nonhlanhla, failed many times as Thando and Nonhlanhla were apparently arguing as to who is going to sort my matter out. I told Tshisa that i was holding on for a long time and my airtime would cut out and as it did i heard Tshisa say hold on here is.... A few hours later Tshisa called me back to ask if Thando or Nonhlanhla had called me yet to which i responded no. Nonhlanhla called me the next day (11 June) and said that Game was in the process of migrating their website and my order is lost in the process and they cant trace it. Neither can they give me a refund as they cant see the order. She promised multiple times that she will get back to me on Wednesday (17th June), as there is nothing she can do to assist me at the time and will provide me with Feedback on 17th June. Once again, no call was received.
