Worst service from Game ever!!

Purchased a fridge from Game Kenilworth on the 4th of July, was advised that it would be delivered in 6 days, today is the 15th and still nothing. I have called the store 4 times today to enquire. It takes them 8 min to answer the call and another 8 for the person in the dpt to answer. I was promised a call back in 20 min after my 2nd call, an hour later I had to call the store again, and was told the person is not answering.
