Worst Service from Game

Customer service is terrible, I've purchased a TV from them with a 5 year warranty, the TV stopped working on the the 13th April and I went to game with the TV, I was told to take the TV back home and they will log a ticket with the service provider to come out and check , I went back on the 6th May and no ticket was logged, I am still waiting till today, I contacted customer service who told me that Game Lenasia has 24 to 48 hours to contact me which still hasn't happened , I want my TV repaired or refunded Worst service from Game ever
