Worst service from administration ever

Poor after service called in beginning of the year and asked what i am pay for and they couldn't provide me with details. I stopped paying and asked them to mail me statement 2 months later they handed me over to the attorney now they threatened to blacklist me. I requested for statement again and i was told i last used the account in 2019 and cant find any record so i maust just pay before being black listed. How do they expect customers to pay with out knowing what they paying for and when it will end hope this reaches the wright petson and they can call me. And stop harassing me.
