Worst service!

I ordered a rablet and was given a phone, did all that was necessary (case no.***), but even today no response! Have an email from Sinovuyo Lize who promised that they'd resolve the issue amost 10 days ago, nothing till now! I made this transaction on the 20th of Dec. I have never been this disappointed
