Worst Service Ever - Game online

I placed an order on the 7th of December. They have a 7 day delivery promise. On the 17th of December, I followed up and got a generic response saying that they have a problem with their deliveries. I asked for more info and if my order would be in time for Christmas, again no response. Last night (21 Dec) I got an email informing me that my order had been cancelled. No reason and 3 days before Christmas. I will never in my spend a single cent at a Game store again
