Worst Service Ever From GAME stores

Ive been battling with GAME for the past 3 months ,i paid my account in store with my debit card..a week later i get a call saying my account is in arrears..when i know its not..so i emailed their finance department with a photo of the proof of payment with a screenshot of the amount that came off my bank account..i emailed them thrice a week for 3months, ive been in the store multiple times..and still no one can help me..This is ridiculous service, its unacceptable from a store like GAME.
