Worst service ever from Game PE! PLEASE HELP

I bought a fridge from Game on 23/11@ 15:36. This fridge was bought from N1 City Game CT. It was then going to be delivered in PE by Wumdrop. Before I bought it the lady checked and phoned tbe other side (PE) to confirm the availability of the unit and the okayed everything.

Thursday, morning I receive a sms from WumDrop @06:09 to say my item will be delivered that day. Later that when I tracked it I saw that they said an exception was raised. I emailed them to understand what it meant. Finally on Sat morning I received a response from Wumdrop to say at the warehouse they werr told client wants the fridge next week Friday. I immediately went to Game that Saturday morning to show them and rectify the mistake. I then receive a message from WumDrop to say that I would receive my unit Monday.

WumDrop, goes to Game and he is given to and fro by Game store as well as their warehouse.

When I come Monday again to Game CT, the guy was helpful and tracked the unit and they said to him between 5 - 7 days to deliver.

I did not buy the item on Black Friday, it was 2 days before. I then speak to Game CT manager to help.. She tried her utmost best but nothing..

My mom's food is rotting. 2 I have to miss my work and come and wait for this thing. I really do not know what todo

I cant even get my money back...
