Worst service ever from game Greenstone mall

Good afternoon people, just want to let you people who reside in the greenstone edenvale area on how bad of an attitude towards customers you get from the manager named Alfred from game stores in Greenstone mall. Today the 24/09 I went in to purchase a gazebo, whilst walking down the isle, I noticed a couple of ladders marked for the price of R229. I stopped and asked the staff if it was the correct price and he agreed and said it was on special, I took the ladder and put it into my trolley, upon going to the till, the lady had scanned it for R929, I told her that the marked price is R229, then we walked to the isle, confirmed the price seen, she took the price an walked to the person who had initially told me it was on special, he then went to the manager Alfred, they spoke a language of which I did not understand, intervened, the manager named Alfred, told me in a rude way"you can forget it, it's too much of a difference",I told him that's the price I saw and want it at that price, he said never.he said to me in a rude and unmanerable way, he will not assist me, no apology, no solution, just "you can forget it". ALFRED, many ways you could have handled this situation, first apologize, second lying, try to win your customer over after the mishap from your store, thirdly, offer a solution, not brush your was loyal customer away, forthly, offer the product at least at your cost to make your customer happy an to come back to your store, not lose to the store at eastgate mall, absolutely disgusting treatment from a manager, when I asked you to write your name for me, you refused, said I will not write my name for you,but then you want to be a role model to your staff, bad example Alfred. I will be sure to call your customer care line tomorrow as they are closed today due public holiday, and would like to see what they have to say.
