Worst service ever from Game

First of foremost i am writing this post because of the service i received from Game Cresta I am a diabetic patient i have been working from home the headset i use has been hurting me for a while i respect the lock down rules and regulations i left it and waited now i could not bare the throbbing anymore went to the doctor have a ear infection i was advised by the doctor to get a different headset to work from home i checked online which companies still sell office supplies and approached the Game facebook page they were advertising they still sell office supplies I asked on the face book page if i can purchase a headset they said yes you can no problem i went in the store and took the item and went to the till and wanted to pay the manager approaches me no sir you cannot buy this and what not after a whole explaining what i was told on the facebook page they still did not want to budge yes u need a affidavit i went to the cops and they said no they dont know anything about the process that game is saying about an affidavit in this time i went over my lunch time over 2 hours already i went to clicks where i get my medication every month they had the same headset and i took that and paid for it no problem all i want to say Game has no understanding of list what is essential what is office supplies what is not in this time we working from home we joining converence calls and we using our pcs for meetings and imperative we keep our companies secrets safe and use headsets for our conference calls thank you Game for wasting my time 2 hours if i would have gone to Clicks in the first place i would have not wasted so much time why do other shops have electronics for sale and Game has their own specification of what is office supplies
