Worst service Ever from Game!!!

I'm completely disappointed and disgusted by the service I have received from Game Soshanguve Crossing and Sinotec so much that I'm considering taking legal action. I bought a Sinotec 43" Full hd tv from Game soshanguve for R5,000 cash... I have been a loyal customer of Game and I do make a purchase, I spend around R10,000 or more cash per purchase because I thought their service was excellent and they only sell quality products (Boy was I wrong).

From first day the tv started switching "Off" then "On", at first I thought it would go away then finally it switched completely Off and I had to book it in where my family had to wait 3 weeks without tv. Since then I had booked the tv in for 7 times (Imagine ) !!!!! Game and Sinotec refuses to grand me credit or give a new tv. They send me another message telling me to come pick up my tv again and it failed again when we test it. It was dirty and missing standing legs.

Guys I've been a logal customer of Game and Sinotec and they have failed me all from they staff ( Sydney and Kenneth for promising me a new tv for months), how they're handing my problem, the service. The worst thing is that I have a Sinotec 24" monitor and I already advised my Parents to but a Sinotec 65" Smart UHD tv. Come Tuesday they will be receiving a letter from ny lawyer!
