Worst service ever

I have been waiting a month and a half for my playstation 4 to be booked in for repairs... When I called I spoke to Vishnu who said he was a manager and promised to call back.... One month later no news after paying so much for my item, and Vishnu isn't a manager there.. The service is pathethic and I regret even buying anything from them
